Exciting developments are underway at 50 Quay Street in Brisbane! This landmark Build to Rent (BtR) project is set to transform the city’s skyline and rental landscape. Located between Coronation Drive and Quay Street, the 32-storey tower will feature 475 modern apartments, offering a diverse range of living spaces to cater to various needs.
Cogent Scaffolding is very pleased to be providing the scaffolding services for another awesome Hutchies project in Brisbane. We’ll be providing safe access for workers across all levels of the 32-storey build, edge protection and handrails to maintain safety at heights, perimeter scaffolding and providing the form support.
The ground floor up to the fourth level will be dedicated to shared resident amenities, including a café, a cinema, a games area, a dog spa, and breakout spaces. Additional amenities include a gym, co-working spaces, and a rooftop pool with panoramic city views.
Construction commenced in May 2024, with completion scheduled for October 2026.
