A major construction milestone has now been reached at Mantaray Marina Residences, with the tower crane removed and external scaffold systems fully dismantled across the project.
Over the past stages of construction, Cogent Scaffolding has delivered complex access solutions throughout the development, supporting façade installation, glazing, rendering, painting and detailed rooftop works across one of the Gold Coast’s most technically demanding waterfront builds.
With the scaffold now stripped back, the full architectural form of Mantaray Marina Residences is visible for the first time. Positioned between the marina and the ocean, the scale and detail of the project are now clearly taking shape as the build transitions beyond major structural activity and into its final phase of refinement.
The progressive dismantle required careful staging and coordination with multiple trades to ensure safe access remained in place while façade and finishing works continued across all elevations. Working within a live waterfront environment continued to present logistical and environmental challenges through to the final stages of removal.
