Opera Apartments is a $52 million luxury apartment project is set for South Brisbane’s vibrant cultural, dining and leisure precinct.

The 16-level apartment building, Opera is located at 47 Cordelia Street and comprises ground-floor retail and office space topped by 182 one, two and three-bedroom residences.

Designed by award-winning architects Paul Fairweather and Tony Jemmott. The building features a sophisticated entrance, restaurant and café, a sky garden plus alfresco dining area on Level 16 for residents, and a resort-style infinity pool that appears to lap out and over the building to stunning city views.
