21 May Epsilon Tower 2
The second stage of The Star Gold Coast, Epsilon, features a soaring 65-storey mixed-use tower incorporating 457 residential apartments, a 5-star hotel and an exceptional retail offering of fine-dining, gourmet delis, cafes and wine bars.
The tower is continuing to rise rapidly with the lift core now completed up to level 60 and concrete slabs poured up to level 57.
Cogent Scaffolding is providing the labour, materials, plant and equipment for this project, working with Multiplex. Our scaffolding work on this project includes perimeter scaffold, stretcher access stairs, construction access stairs, edge protection, form support, catch scaffold and handrails.
