We’re excited to announce that scaffolding at Monarch Residences in Toowong has reached full height on both towers. Cogent Scaffolding is proud to be partnering with Hutchinson Builders on this landmark $450 million development.
Situated on a 1.2-hectare riverfront site at 600 Coronation Drive, Monarch Residences comprises two 16-storey towers—River 1 and River 2—offering 224 luxury residences. Designed by award-winning architects Wardle and Cottee Parker, the development features expansive north-facing views from St Lucia to Mt Coot-tha.
Residents will enjoy premium amenities, including a heated infinity pool, private dining area, lounge with work-from-home capabilities, sauna, ‘Winter Den,’ and several private barbecue seating areas .
The project also integrates the heritage-listed Middenbury House, dating back to 1865, which is being meticulously restored to serve as a riverfront restaurant and café.
