Inspired by Brisbane and the natural environment, 360 Queen Street is a premium-grade commercial tower at the centre of Brisbane’s Golden Triangle. Developed by Charter Hall and Investa, 360 Queen Street includes over 45,000sqm of office space across 33 levels.

Creating a new benchmark in workplace experience with a focus on wellness, sustainability and nature, 360 Queen Street will revolutionise the way people work, innovate and succeed. The dynamic building features high-quality end-of-trip facilities and arrival experiences, innovative technology, integrated business hub and wellness centre facilities, and unique mixed mode wintergardens and landscaped terraces.

We’re thrilled to be working with our long-term business partners and client, Hutchinson Builders on another stellar building in Brisbane’s CBD. We’ll be providing scaffolding services including perimeter scaffolding, a range of accesses plus 1500 tonnes of birdcage form support for this project.

360 Queen is due to be completed in 2025.
