Arbor is the highly anticipated third stage of the Gardens development and part of the master planned Riverside West End precinct by one of Queensland’s most innovative, long-standing and trustworthy developers, Pradella.

Cogent is thrilled to be continuing our strong business partnership with Pradella having recently been awarded the scaffolding package for stage 3, Arbor, after successfully completing stages 1 and 2, Rise and View.
