Cogent is working on the new Belise Apartment building in Bowen Hills with RCQ Constructions.

The project comprises 228 one, two and three bedroom apartments over twenty one storeys located on one of the highest land parcels in inner city Brisbane.  This elevated position provides all apartments spectacular views of the Brisbane cityscape.

We will be erecting and dismantling the perimeter scaffold and providing form support. When the structure is built up to the 19th level, we will then be cantilevering out around the structure so that the builder can complete the final two levels and roof.

Cantilevering is a very complex and intricate process of constructing scaffold which is also very high risk. We here at Cogent are very proud of our experience and workmanship in cantilevering and this is a process that we specialize in.
