Brookfield Multiplex has recently been appointed to design and construct the 27-Storey, 4 Star Hotel for Action Group Pty Ltd.

Situated in the heart of Brisbane CBD the hotel will have 368 guest rooms, a restaurant that seats 180, a lounge and bar as well as pre-function and function areas. The heritage façade will be reconditioned.

Construction commenced October 2014 and is due for completion in January 2016.
