YEAR(S):2026 – 2027
CLIENT: Hutchinson Builders
PROJECT VALUE: $144M
Cogent Scaffolding is proud to be supporting the delivery of the new $144 million Logan Reserve Special School, working alongside Hutchinson Builders on this significant education infrastructure project.
Scheduled to open in Term 1, 2027, the new purpose-built special school will provide a modern and inclusive learning environment designed to support students with disability and their families within the growing Logan Reserve community. Higher year levels will be progressively introduced over the following three to four years as the school expands.
Cogent Scaffolding has been engaged to deliver the scaffolding labour package, supporting the safe and efficient erection, modification and dismantling of scaffold systems across the project.
Our involvement commenced during the early stages of construction, including scaffold-covered walkways to provide safe, dry access between work zones. As construction has progressed, our crews have continued to support multiple buildings across the site, adapting scaffold access to meet the changing requirements of the project and the various trades working throughout the development.
With multiple structures now taking shape, the project has progressed significantly from its initial earthworks and foundations. Cogent’s team continues to work closely with Hutchinson Builders and the broader project team to maintain safe, reliable access and help keep construction moving efficiently.
Projects such as Logan Reserve Special School demonstrate the important role scaffolding plays in the delivery of major community infrastructure. Cogent Scaffolding is proud to contribute to a project that will provide a lasting benefit for students, families and the wider Logan community for generations to come.
