Palmera Early Works

We’re proud to be delivering a custom weather protection walkway at the landmark Palmera Residences project for our valued client, Multiplex.

Palmera is set to become a striking new addition to the Gold Coast skyline, with the 52-level luxury residential tower taking shape in the sought-after Northcliffe precinct.

For this project, our team has designed and installed a fully enclosed pedestrian walkway using our wall cassette system, providing:

• Safe, protected access for workers and site personnel
• Shelter from the weather, allowing work to continue in changing conditions
• A clean, professional presentation for the site perimeter
• A robust temporary structure engineered to meet the demands of a major construction project

The photos showcase the scale of the installation, including the enclosed internal walkway and the external wall cassette façade that delivers both protection and functionality throughout construction.
