Quay Waterfront Newstead by Mirvac is the next chapter of riverside living in Brisbane and the next stage in the Waterfront Newstead masterplan.

Quay Waterfront Newstead will have a total of 143 residences, with some bedrooms incorporating sky pavilions. The first 19 levels will have seven apartments per floor. The rest of the upper levels will have three apartments on each floor.

The site close to the Waterfront Park will have heaps of landscaping in all of its 25 levels, lending a ‘park within a park’ vibe. On-site amenities will include rooftop areas for entertainment with a 25-metre infinity-edge pool, shared penthouse-style kitchen and dining space with a gorgeous view of the river. The ground floor will have a wellness centre with a yoga studio and a concierge.
