Set to be Brisbane’s tallest building, soaring to 90 storeys above the heart of the Brisbane CBD, Skytower will make a significant impact on the Brisbane cityscape. It is situated at 222 Margaret Street and is designed to house 1128 apartments.

At its peak, construction of the tower will see 250 workers on site, with fitout being performed in lower levels simultaneously with construction above, in order to optimise the finishes programme and eliminate the usual lag time between construction and fitout.

This exciting project is being built by Hutchinson Builders, with Cogent Scaffolding providing all of the scaffold works.
