The Coterie Apartments

The Coterie is a new development at 365 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane and is made up of two towers with 249 one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom apartments, and two penthouses.

Both buildings are being constructed at the same time, which is great for residents as there won’t be any further construction once they move in. Construction is due to finish in September 2019.

The Coterie apartments will be built on the site of an old bakery, which is heritage listed and will become the main entrance on St Pauls Terrace, as well as housing retail space. On the Alfred Street side of the building, there will be four more retail outlets and entry to the underground parking.

Cogent Scaffolding was engaged by Bosform to provide support scaffold for the 2 metre thick slab transfer. 100 tonne of the Peri system scaffolding was erected to support this slab.
