16 Jul Prince Charles Hospital Carpark
Our client, Multiplex, are constructing the new multi-storey car park and will also reconfigure the existing multi-storey car park on The Prince Charles Hospital site.
The new multi-storey car park will provide 1507 standard bays, 14 motorbike spaces and 42 People with Disability (PWD) spaces over nine levels (including ground and lower ground). This car park is being constructed to support the continuing need for health service assets in the Brisbane North community.
Cogent has been awarded the full scaffolding package for this project including perimeter, access and handrails. Our perimeter scaffold is now to level 4 of 8 levels and the car park is expected to be completed by the December of 2024.
