Cogent Scaffolding is proud to be delivering the full scaffolding package for the Mantaray Marina and Residences, a landmark $300 million development on the Gold Coast currently under construction by our long-standing client, Multiplex.

This project marks a major milestone for the region as the first development to be delivered under The Spit Master Plan, which was introduced to guide the sustainable revitalisation of this iconic coastal precinct. It is also the first new project on The Spit in more than 20 years.

Located on a 10,000m² waterfront site along Seaworld Drive, the development will include:

• A boutique collection of 24 luxury two, three and four-bedroom apartments, villas and penthouses
• Premium resort-style amenities for residents
• A members-only on-water lounge
• An exclusive 67-berth superyacht marina

Once complete, the project will be a world-class residential and marine destination, positioned among some of the Gold Coast’s most recognisable landmarks including The Imperial Palace (formerly Palazzo Versace), Sheraton Mirage, and Mariners Cove.

Cogent has been engaged to supply, erect and dismantle the full scaffolding package for this high-value project. With our expertise in Tier 1 commercial scaffolding, we’re proud to support Multiplex in safely and efficiently delivering a development of this scale and calibre.
