21 Mar 895 Ann Street Dismantle
The office tower designed for 895 Ann Street is located within close proximity of the James Street “lifestyle” precinct and will comprise almost 24 thousand square meters of net lettable space, spread across 15 levels upon completion.
We’ve been onsite since 2021 having been awarded both the scaffolding and form support packages for this project which is now nearing completion.
To date we have erected and will dismantle 850 tonne of form support. Our perimeter scaffold is now also being dismantled.
We’re looking forward to seeing this impressive building emerge!
