Located within Northshore Hamilton and close to the Eat Street Markets and the high-end restaurants and retailers of Portside Wharf, the Chester & Ella apartments are flying in the face of Brisbane’s apartment downturn.
When complete the development will see 320 luxury apartments across two 18-storey buildings with hotel-style shared amenities including around-the-clock concierge, rooftop terrace, health and wellness centre, private dining room, cinema, pool and shared outdoor kitchen areas.
Working with Hutchinson Builders, Cogent Scaffolding has been contracted to supply and install scaffold to the podium and the perimeter of the two towers.
