12 Feb Mantaray Marina | Residences – Project Update
The Mantaray Marina & Residences project continues to present a technically demanding access environment, with scaffolding playing a central role in enabling safe and efficient progress across all elevations of the build.
Throughout 2025, our crews maintained full perimeter façade scaffolding around the structure, providing continuous access for rendering, painting, cladding and glazing works as the building advances. The scale of the install, combined with its waterfront location, has required detailed planning around load management, wind exposure and site logistics.
On the rooftop, complex scaffold configurations have been delivered to support installation of the private stainless steel pools and surrounding finishes. These areas required adaptable access solutions to allow multiple trades to operate safely within tight working zones, while maintaining edge protection and clear crane access.
The marina edge has introduced another layer of complexity. Working adjacent to water demands strict controls, stable base solutions and careful coordination with marine infrastructure installation. Scaffold systems along the waterfront façade have enabled safe access while maintaining protection to the surrounding environment.
As the project moves into its final construction phases, scaffold structures are being progressively adapted to suit façade completion and finishing works, ensuring safe access remains in place right through to handover.
