24 Sep New information kiosk for the City Botanic Gardens
A new information kiosk has been constructed in the City Botanic Gardens to provide wayfaring and volunteer tours for visitors.
The new kiosk was developed by Multiplex in partnership with Brisbane City Council as part of the company’s social action plan.
The new kiosk houses 40 volunteers who provide free tours twice a day six days a week throughout the gardens.
The council has installed a new drinking fountain as part of the project, with Multiplex covering most of the cost of the project as part of their commitment to providing the city with community infrastructure.
Cogent Scaffolding was happy to provide the scaffolding services for this project free of charge as part of our contribution to Brisbane City, and to acknowledge our long standing relationship with Multiplex.
