A few progress pics from our Ozcare Newstead project today! Working with Hutchinson Builders, our perimeter scaffold is now to level 9 with 6 levels to go.
Stage one of the Ozcare Newstead project comprises of 2,435m² corporate office area, 162m² retail space, 53 independent living units, 301 car parks, a public park and at the heart of the project, a 120-bed aged care facility. Stage two comprises of a second tower of 86 independent living units.
