Ozcare’s Newstead Project is a two-stage multi-use development set to deliver an urban sanctuary in the sought-after suburb of Newstead.
Stage one comprises of 2,435m² corporate office area, 162m² retail space, 53 independent living units, 301 car parks, a public park and at the heart of the project, a 120-bed aged care facility. Stage two comprises of a second tower of 86 independent living units.
We are proud to be working with Hutchies on this great new development, erecting over 1,300 tonnes of scaffold. We’re currently up to level 13 of 16 levels and should be at full height in 6-8 weeks.
