We’re proud to announce that Cogent Scaffolding has secured the scaffolding contract for Palmera Residences, working with our valued client Multiplex on this landmark Gold Coast development.

Following our early works on the project, including the design and installation of a custom fully enclosed weather protection walkway, our team will now continue on site delivering the broader scaffolding and access requirements throughout construction.

Located in the Northcliffe precinct between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, Palmera is a $1 billion development, 52-level beachfront residential tower being delivered by Multiplex for Central Equity.

Across the project, Cogent will provide a range of scaffolding and access solutions to support the different stages of construction, including:

• Perimeter and façade access
• Core and structural access
• Scaffold access to the six-level podium
• Loading bays and materials access
• Stair access and temporary access solutions
• Edge protection and fall protection systems
• Covered walkways and public protection
• Internal access scaffolding
• Bespoke scaffolding and engineered access solutions as required throughout construction

Having already supported the early stages of Palmera, we’re excited to expand our involvement and work alongside the Multiplex team as this impressive development rises on the Gold Coast skyline.
