155 Queen Street, the site formally housing HMV will soon be transformed into a boutique commercial development that includes a 3 level major retail flagship store. The design features a double-height, glazed shop front with an upper podium level facade treatment that will further enhance this section of the mall.

Cogent is working with Broad Constructions on this exciting project which will again change the face of the Queen St Mall.

As this is a shopping centre redevelopment in one of Brisbane’s busiest shopping precincts, safety is of the utmost importance in terms of the public as well as workers on the project.
