The redevelopment of 300 George Street will include the construction of three separate towers set atop a podium of three storeys with basement car parking. The site which formally housed Queensland’s old Supreme Courthouse will soon accommodate three ultra-modern glass towers.
The hotel will be the first of the three buildings to be constructed and will include a seven-level basement, four-level podium and 305 rooms. Future stages of the development will include construction of a 40-level commercial office tower and an 82-level residential tower, which when completed will be Brisbane’s second tallest building, standing 262 metres high.
