Situated on the Gold Coast’s world famous Surfers Paradise beach, Jewel is set to become a lifestyle icon and a shining beacon in the Gold Coast’s renowned skyline.
Furthering our business partnership with Multiplex, who has been appointed to build the highly anticipated $1 billion luxury Jewel development, the construction will consist of a three-tower resort, which will see 512 residential apartments, a five-star hotel with 169 suites and a “high end” retail and dining precinct, spring forth from 130 metres of Surfers Paradise beachfront.
The development will become the city’s only beachfront, five-star hotel and residence, and the first beachfront resort to be built on the Gold Coast in 30 years.
With their distinctive glass curtain walling system, Jewel’s three towers are an eye-catching asset to the Gold Coast’s skyline. Towers 1, 2 and 3, which were constructed simultaneously, stand at 41, 47 and 34 storeys high and will each uniquely rejuvenate the Gold Coast’s position as one of the world’s leading tourism and investment locations.
