Cogent Scaffolding was appointed to provide perimeter scaffolding for the demolition of the building situated at 80 Ann St Brisbane.

Cogent erected the perimeter scaffold in record time and the building was demolished one floor at a time.

During the demolition, it was identified that asbestos formed a part of the construction so Cogent was instructed to provide an encapsulation system that would minimize the exposure and escape of asbestos fibers.

For this, we used SmartSeam shrink wrap and encapsulated the entire scaffolding structure.
