Brisbane Quarter Stage 3 – The One

After successfully completing the scaffolding package on the Brisbane Quarter Stage 1 – The W Hotel, at the  300 George Street project site, we were very pleased to be awarded the package for Stage 2 – The One Residential Tower as well as Stage 3 – 300 George Commercial Tower.

Working with Multiplex, we were awarded the contract to provide the full scaffolding package for both stages 2 & 3.

This includes the construction of the 82-level residential tower called “The One” which when completed will be Brisbane’s second tallest building, standing 262 metres high. The $300 million, 82 storey luxury residential tower houses 467 modern apartments.

The tower includes quality residences facilities such as a gym, media room, pool and associate bar and terrace, BBQ dining, outdoor yoga and relaxation area, as well as sauna and spa.
