Arena Apartments is a stunning set of two architecturally designed towers in the bustling precinct of South Brisbane. The urban location and contemporary design provide a perfect mix of inner city lifestyle and community living.

Arena features a mixture of medium to high density streams, with the 191 apartments divided into studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options.

Cogent Scaffolding is thrilled to be once again working in conjunction with the legendary Hutchinson Builders, and will be providing the scaffold services for the perimeter of both 12 level apartment buildings, as well as providing safe access and egress to the site.

Whilst working on the Arena project, Cogent Scaffolding was awarded the Hutchinson Builders “Excellence in Scaffolding Safety” award, an achievement we are very proud of!
