The Corso is a new purpose designed $45M civic facility to replace the previous Pathways library and community facilities in North Lakes. The new facility will meet the needs of the growing community of North Lakes and the Moreton Bay and will include a basement car park (8,400sqm), library (3,400sqm), community centre (1000sqm) and commercial office space (4,300sqm) along with the renovation of the existing community building into a young people’s space (1,400sqm).

Cogent Scaffolding was delighted to be awarded the scaffold package for this unique project. Some of the works Cogent will be performing are the perimeter scaffold of the 5 story Library/Administration building, up to and including roof access and edge protection and various ground level structures.
