Brisbane Quarter is a landmark $1 billion mixed-use development occupying a full city block in Brisbane’s CBD. The precinct comprises three towers: the W Brisbane Hotel, the 300 George Street commercial tower, and The One residential tower. Stage 2 focused on the construction of the 300 George Street commercial tower, a 41-storey office building offering over 58,000 square meters of premium office space.

Our Scope:

Cogent Scaffolding was engaged by Multiplex to deliver comprehensive scaffolding solutions for Stage 2 of the Brisbane Quarter project. Our scope included:

  • Perimeter Scaffold: Providing safe access for facade works across all levels.

  • Access Towers and Stair Access: Facilitating efficient movement for construction personnel and materials.

  • Cantilevered Scaffold Platforms: Supporting formwork and facade installation at various elevations.

  • Birdcage Scaffold: Enabling safe access within the building’s atrium and other large open spaces.

  • Loading Bays and Material Hoists: Assisting in the vertical transportation of materials throughout the construction phase.
