King’s Co-op is a boutique lane-way re imagining the existing heritage buildings including the iconic Royal Snack Bar and Dairy Hall. It also includes a five level public carpark and Childcare centre.

We are very proud to be working with Lendlease on this unique redevelopment of the RNA showgrounds. Lendlease has recently been ranked second in the 2015/16 CPB Contractors Top 100 in Construction for non-residential projects in Australia, a fantastic achievement!
