Maroochydore Government Office Building project for Hutchinson Builders consisted of 2 above level carparks and an 8 storey tower on the top.

A 10kpa gantry was built on the neighbouring carpark ramp which was a complicated building using I-beams and tube and fitting scaffolding to protect the public and vehicles.

Being a government job a number of government audits took place and Cogent Scaffolding passed all with flying colours.  The job was approximately 9000m2 of scaffold.
