Odyssey’s luxury lifestyle care community on Chevron Island has commenced construction with multi-award winning construction company Multiplex to build the highly anticipated project.

Scheduled for completion in 2025, the project, which is an approximated $127 million build, will create roughly 350 construction jobs over the duration of the project and more than 100 jobs once finished.

The site, located between Anembo and Mawarra Street on Chevron Island, will consist of 19 storeys across a single tower and include an abundance of amenity.

The project includes a total of 167 apartments which will be a mixture of one, two and three bedroom residences over 19 storeys, with additional penthouse options available.

Cogent is supplying the full scaffold package for this project including perimeter,  handrail, access and egress, construction and stretcher stairs. We’re thrilled to be working with Multiplex on this project.
