We’re thrilled to be working with our long-term partners, Hutchinson Builders, on the Exhibition Quarter precinct in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

The building will be home to 443 well appointed apartments within Brisbane’s city fringe close to the new Cross River Rail transport hub at RNA and local community amenities around King Street and Fortitude Valley.

Stage 1 will include basement works, a central six level podium precinct and the first 37 level tower of apartments.

Cogent will be supplying the labour to erect and dismantle the full scaffolding package for this project. Project completion is planned for 2025.
