Queen’s Wharf Early Works

Cogent Scaffolding have recently begun the early works on the Queen’s Wharf project with Probuild. We have been contracted to supply and install Powershore, a high load capacity shoring system.

We will be installing Powershore to 3 levels of existing basements so that the piling rigs can track over the top of the slab and begin piling. The slab will eventually be demolished and the basements removed so that the dig can begin for the main structure.

Due to mould hazards contained within the existing basements, our crew has been fitted out in full bodysuits and respiratory equipment to ensure their safety whilst working on this part of the project.

We will also be supplying and installing handrails, and various access and egress to numerous locations on the site.
