Dubbed the ‘Tower for Tourism’, the 63 storey mixed-use tower will host an internationally recognised, five-star hotel brand featuring 210 world-class hotel rooms, luxurious amenities and 457 contemporary apartments that will form part of The Star Residences.

The development masterplan for the island consists of five mixed-use towers incorporating Hotel and Residential facilities, linked by a shared podium with parking, retail and promenade space.

The scope for stage 2 of the project consists of a six-level podium including vertical transport access to the Hotel and Residential levels and 602 car parks.

Cogent Scaffolding is providing the labour, materials, plant and equipment for this project, working with Multiplex. Our scaffolding work on this project will include stretcher access stairs, construction access stairs, edge protection, birdcage scaffolding, catch scaffold, handrails, mesh and mesh guards.
