In July 2020, we were very pleased to announce that we had been awarded the scaffolding contract for the $210 million Signature Broadbeach development, working with Icon.

In addition to that, we will also be erecting form support scaffold.

Earlier in 2020 we built two cantilevered hung stretcher stairs and 1 construction stair, also cantilevered & hung, providing access to the site sheds, gantry, and down to the basement levels. Once the project is up to ground level, perimeter scaffold will begin.

Located in the quiet street of Philip Avenue, Signature Broadbeach will comprise 245 apartments upon completion, with many buyers opting to combine apartments to make large, ocean-facing homes, whilst many local and interstate investors have seen Signature Broadbeach as a great lifestyle investment given the attractive investment returns available.

Boasting a 50-metre infinity edge pool stretching along the northern edge of the building – the first of its kind for the Gold Coast – The Deck at Signature offers a full podium level of resident amenities, including a private lounge and dining space integrated with the pool area, an outdoor barbecue and teppanyaki grill, family friendly lawn, cinema, gym, spa, sauna and steam room.
