We will be working with ADCO on an exciting new student accommodation development on the fringe of the Brisbane CBD called Unilodge.

The $84 million project comprises a combination of single and shared room accommodation and will be 16 levels.

The building is designed to provide students with high-quality affordable housing within a collegiate lifestyle.

To enhance the student experience, the ground level includes residential commons with associated outdoor recreation spaces and ancillary retail. Additional facilities within the building include a gymnasium, music and study rooms, a theatre, laundry facilities and courtyard gardens.

Cogent Scaffolding has been awarded the scaffold contract for this project and we look forward to a long a successful partnership with ADCO
