The University of Queensland Advanced Engineering Building project will provide educational facilities for structural, civil, materials, and hydraulics engineering students within an eight storey building at UQ’s St Lucia campus.

Cogent Scaffolding is working with Watpac to complete this project.

As the roof is designed to overhang the side of the building, Cogent Scaffolding had to cantilever the majority of the roof area to enable all trades could have access.

This project involved over 800 tonnes of scaffold.
