Leighton Properties in joint venture with Devine Ltd is developing Hamilton Harbour – Brisbane’s largest master-planned community – an urban village development with five towers, three of which will be residential, and two A-grade commercial towers (KSD1 & 2)

Cogent Scaffolding has been awarded the privilege to erect and dismantle all of the perimeter scaffold for KSD1.

This project requires over 300 tonnes of scaffold and will be to a height of 28 metres when completed.
