Stage 2 of the Waterfront Apartments project in Newstead is the Park.
This structure is 17 floors high (approx 56 metres). This is the highest scaffold ever built by Cogent Scaffolding.
Extra strengthening of the base of the scaffold was required to allow us to get to the required height.
This part of the project was started in early 2011 and will be completed in April 2012 with the structure going up 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
