Cogent Scaffolding has been awarded the scaffolding contract for West Village Stage 2, working with Hutchinson Builders.
The $800 million mixed-use precinct, an inner-city masterplanned project in Queensland, is broken up into three stages and includes seven residential buildings.
When complete West Village will include seven residential buildings and about 13,000sq m of retail and commercial space and one hectare of open space all linked by pedestrian and cycle laneways.
