Located in Brisbane’s vibrant West End, Callista on Park marks the final residential stage of the West Village precinct: a $1.2 billion urban-renewal development on the historic site of the former Peters Ice Cream factory.
This 14-storey tower will deliver 96 luxury apartments ranging from two to four bedrooms (including premium penthouses), designed to suit Brisbane’s subtropical lifestyle with generous indoor-outdoor living and expansive views.
Contracted to deliver the build is Hutchinson Builders, a firm with deep ties to West End and the West Village site. Hutchies and Cogent have worked across every stage of the precinct since 2015 including the original Peters Ice Cream factory in the 1940s.
For Cogent this project represents a significant achievement: we have secured the scaffolding services for Callista on Park in partnership with Hutchies, further reinforcing our strong working relationship on major inner-city high-rise developments and finishing off strong on the West Village site!
