Great progress on our works at the Waterfront Brisbane project in the Brisbane CBD.

These latest images give a great perspective of the scale and complexity of the scaffold solution Cogent is delivering to support construction of the Waterfront tower cores.

Using the Layher Allround Lightweight (LW) system, our scaffold is supported directly from the concrete core walls, providing a highly engineered access solution suited to the unique requirements of this high-rise project.

The system incorporates gap decks, lock-against lift-offs and console brackets to minimise gaps and create safe, efficient working platforms as construction continues to progress vertically.

Projects of this scale require careful planning, innovative scaffold design and close coordination between our design, project and site teams. It’s great to see the solution taking shape and the quality of workmanship from our crews on site.
