We are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded the scaffolding contract for the $210 million Signature Broadbeach development, working with Icon.
In addition to that, we will also be erecting form support scaffold.
Signature Broadbeach will comprise 245 apartments upon completion, with many buyers opting to combine apartments to make large, ocean-facing homes, whilst many local and interstate investors have seen Signature Broadbeach as a great lifestyle investment given the attractive investment returns available.
Signature is positioned just metres from the ocean and in close proximity to the Gold Coast’s most dynamic dining and retail precinct.
The construction of Signature Broadbeach will create 400 construction jobs and is slated for completion in 2021.
