The second stage of The Star Gold Coast, Epsilon, features a soaring 65-storey mixed-use tower incorporating 457 residential apartments, a 5-star hotel and an exceptional retail offering of fine-dining, gourmet delis, cafes and wine bars.
The tower is continuing to rise rapidly with the jump form currently climbing from Level 47 to 48 last Thursday. Today also marks the pouring of the Level 44 slab.
Cogent Scaffolding is providing the labour, materials, plant and equipment for this project, working with Multiplex. Our scaffolding work on this project includes perimeter scaffold, stretcher access stairs, construction access stairs, edge protection, form support, catch scaffold and handrails.
