The second stage of The Star Gold Coast, Epsilon, features a soaring 65-storey mixed-use tower incorporating 457 residential apartments, a 5-star hotel and an exceptional retail offering of fine-dining, gourmet delis, cafes and wine bars. The tower is continuing to rise rapidly with the jump form currently reaching Level 28 while the facade has been installed to Level 21.
Cogent Scaffolding is providing the labour, materials, plant and equipment for this project, working with Multiplex. Our scaffolding work on this project which included perimeter scaffold, stretcher access stairs, construction access stairs, edge protection, form support, catch scaffold and handrails.
Our perimeter scaffolding will now start to wrap around the main building and will go to level 7 whilst the carpark is built.
