12 Oct The Star Residences – Stage 2
The second stage of The Star Residences, Epsilon, features a soaring 63-storey mixed-use tower incorporating 457 residential apartments, a 5-star hotel and an exceptional retail offering of fine-dining, gourmet delis, cafes and wine bars.
Epsilon forms part of The Star Gold Coast – a world-class integrated resort on Broadbeach Island that also includes The Star Grand, The Darling, and Tower 1 – plus a wide range of exciting retail, dining, and entertainment options.
Residents can access The Star Grand via Levels 6 and 3, which will be home to a subtropical recreational deck for residents.
Cogent Scaffolding is providing the labour, materials, plant and equipment for this project, working with Multiplex. Our scaffolding work on this project will include perimeter scaffold, stretcher access stairs, construction access stairs, edge protection, birdcage scaffolding, catch scaffold, handrails, mesh and mesh guards.
Our perimeter scaffolding & form support reached full height at level 8 and we look forward to the next stage of this project.
