Cogent Scaffolding is proud to be involved in Dexus’s Waterfront Brisbane project, one of Brisbane’s most significant city-shaping developments.

We are currently delivering scaffolding to support construction of the capping beam, core walls and jump form installation on the North Tower Core with the South Core scheduled to follow. The images from site capture the early stages of construction as activity ramps up across the precinct.

Waterfront Brisbane is a $2.5 billion redevelopment of the former Eagle Street Pier and Waterfront Place precinct, designed to create a vibrant business and leisure destination right on the Brisbane River. The project will feature new premium office towers, an expanded riverfront retail and dining experience, widened public spaces and a revitalised riverwalk for Brisbane workers, residents and visitors to enjoy.

During this early works phase, our team is providing a range of scaffolding solutions to enable safe access and support for initial structural activities. As the project progresses, Cogent is well placed to deliver a broad scope of scaffolding services across multiple work fronts.

The project is being delivered by John Holland, and we’re proud to be contributing from the ground up, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of this landmark Brisbane development.
